Terms of Payment

  1. These Terms of Payment apply to services offered by Yew in the Wild, represented by Pippa Cornell.

  2. “We/us/our” means Yew in the Wild; “you/your” means the end client receiving our services.

  3. We offer a variety of services, with prices listed on our website. We are not currently VAT-registered. For private or bespoke sessions, travel costs may apply if the location is further than a 30-minute drive. We use third-party payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal.

  4. Private events, sessions and employee wellbeing programmes are priced per the signed agreement. Payment is by bank transfer or payment plan; single payments are due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.

  5. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase; you pay any difference for higher-value services.

  6. Offer codes run for set validity periods and cannot be used outside them.

  7. Sessions usually need 4 people booked to go ahead; if fewer, the session may be rearranged by agreement.

  8. Concessions may be offered at our discretion and do not bind us to repeat them.

  9. Rescheduling & Cancellation: reschedule for a £5 admin fee up to the date of the originally scheduled session. Cancellations 8+ days before may be rescheduled or refunded in full; 3–7 days before may be rescheduled or refunded at 50%; 0–2 days before may be rescheduled only with no refund.

  10. Allow up to 14 days for refunds. Weather cancellations receive credit valid for 6 months. No refunds for no-shows.

Customer Responsibility

Use your own judgement about attending if unwell; declare medical conditions and bring medications; bring suitable clothing; respect the forest and leave no trace.

Our Responsibility

Yew in the Wild holds £10 million public liability insurance; Pippa is first-aid qualified; risk assessments are carried out at all sites with a pre-walk safety check on the morning of each walk.
